Report Concerns

Report Coyote Sightings via Interactive Form
The City of Frisco encourages people to report coyote sightings through an interactive map designed to track sightings in our city – including attacks and aggressive behavior. Frisco Animal Services will use the information to identify coyote territories, travel patterns and places where unusually aggressive animals have been spotted. Find the sightings map here.

Emergency concerns should be reported by dialing 911. For all other reports, contact the Animal Services through dispatch at 972-292-6010.

Restrain your pets: always walk dogs on a leash and do not allow cats to roam free outdoors. In general, do not leave pets unattended outdoors.
Vaccinate pets. Wildlife may transmit the disease to cats and dogs.
Teach children about natural wildlife in the area, wildlife behavior, and that they should leave wildlife alone.
Trim back vegetation and clean up brushy areas or woodpiles in your yard. Remove food sources like fallen fruit, birdseed and pet food.
Keep trash in a secure container.
Immediately report sightings of wildlife that appear to be injured or approaching humans. Contact Frisco Animal Services at 972-292-5303. Report aggressive animals to 972-292-6010.
Make noise if you see a bobcat or coyote. Yell or clap loudly to scare wildlife away; carry something with you to make noise.
