How can I handle my ticket?

Public Health Information

The court will continue to observe protocols that are consistent with the most recent government guidelines. Visitors are encouraged to wear face coverings and keep social distancing. We also encourage the use of good hygiene and to sanitize or wash hands before approaching the counters or entering the courtroom.

If you are sick, were exposed to someone who is sick, or if you are experiencing symptoms that are consistent with COVID-19, please DO NOT come to Court. Contact the Municipal Court and accommodations will be made with alternatives to a personal appearance or your case will be reset. 

Individuals are encouraged to use the E-Court Portal if available or contact the court staff at 972-292-5555.

Responsibilities

The Frisco Municipal Court has jurisdiction over class-C Misdemeanor and City Ordinance violations that occur within the corporate city limits and are punishable by fine only.
