Getting Started

1. Create an account.
2. Complete an electronic Food Establishment application.
3. Wait for an email with assigned fees and submit required documents.  
4. Once fees are paid and corrections made, the application begins Department Review.
5. Permits are downloaded upon a successful Department Review. 
6. Schedule Inspections of Fixed Food Establishments through eTrakit. 
7. Schedule inspections of Non-Fixed Food Establishments by calling 972-292-5304.
