Business Services Business Services is responsible for managing the City's financial affairs. We manage functions that include: administration, financial system administration, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, grant accounting, treasury, debt management, budget, long-range financial planning, housing and grants administration, municipal court and revenue collections/utility billing.
