Attorney Letter of Representation Filing
The Frisco Municipal Court allows attorneys licensed in the State of Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas to file initial letters of representation for clients with pending cases before the Frisco Municipal Court. By filing online, attorneys agree to be notified of the first court setting by email. Attorneys also agree to only file the letter of representation via online and not mail nor fax a duplicate submission.
Court staff will email the initial court docket setting along with a copy of the complaint for each case the letter of representation references. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from the court.
