Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for identifying and responding to violations on residential and commercial properties related to:

Vacant buildings
Debris or other nuisances
Home-based business concerns (violations of the Home Occupation Ordinance)
Sign Violations
Tall Vegetation
Unsecured swimming pools
Substandard or dangerous structures
Open wells or storm cellars

Short-Term Rentals:
Tip Hotline: Those who know of short-term rentals (STRs) creating a nuisance or operating illegally can submit complaints online.

STR Registration: STR properties must be registered with the city.
