Admission
Admission to the Frisco Water Park is NOT included with any rentals. Everyone attending the rental must have a Water Park day pass or membership regardless of participation. If you have excess scans left from this party, these can be used for facility access anytime after your rental.
If you expect an attendance of at least 20 guests, please purchase group day pass tickets at least 24 hours prior to your event. All day pass ticket sales are final sale and non-refundable.
They can be booked at any time, but are first come, first serve.
Are admissions included in a rental?
No, admissions are not included in a rental. Day passes and group rate passes may be purchased online.
Can I bring food & drinks?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring outside food and drink. No glass or alcohol is allowed in the facility.
Can I bring decorations, balloons, etc.?
Yes, decorations and balloons are allowed but must be completely taken down at the conclusion of the rental.
No early arrival to decorate. Rental time includes setup and teardown.
Are guests allowed to stay after their rental time?
Guests may stay in the facility but not in the rented area.
Are there any discounts for military service people?
No discounts are applied to rentals; however, a 20% military discount is offered on memberships.
What is the max capacity for each pavilion?
The capacity for each pavilion is 25 people.

What is the policy for refunds/reschedule due to weather?
The pool area will remain open unless there is lightning. If the pool is closed, you will be able to reschedule your rental.
What is the cancelation policy?
Inclement Weather Policy – Weather is unpredictable; therefore, reservations are made at Licensee’s own risk. If there is inclement weather during the Licensee’s reservation period, the Licensee has three days from the date of the reservation to notify the Frisco Athletic Center in order to discuss rescheduling or potential refund options.
No cancellations will be accepted prior to the reservation period based on a predicted weather forecast. Refunds will not be issued in the event of extreme temperatures or light to moderate rain. The City of Frisco reserves the right to make the final decision on weather, rescheduling, and refunds.
