Woven Together: Exploring South Asian Textiles

South Asia is known for its intricate and vibrant handwoven textiles. This exhibit focuses on South Asian cultural fabrics and materials, particularly items found in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. It highlights the exquisite craftsmanship and artistry of the region and celebrates the vibrant culture and colors of the South Asian community here in Frisco.

In addition to the main exhibit, we will have presentations and demonstrations throughout the year that cover related topics (dates and times listed below).

Woven Together: Celebrating African American Heritage

The ongoing featured exhibit, Woven Together, will have a special display spotlighting members of the Frisco community, including African American musicians, teachers, military veterans, and City Council members. 

This exhibit runs February 1 through June 22.
