Woven Together: Exploring South Asian Textiles
South Asia is known for its intricate and vibrant handwoven textiles. This exhibit focuses on South Asian cultural fabrics and materials, particularly items found in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. It highlights the exquisite craftsmanship and artistry of the region and celebrates the vibrant culture and colors of the South Asian community here in Frisco.
In addition to the main exhibit, we will have presentations and demonstrations throughout the year that cover related topics (dates and times listed below).

Life in Frisco October 21 at 1 p.m. One Frisco family's story

Sari Wrap Up April 27 at 1 p.m. Join us for our exhibit wrap party and learn traditional sari folding styles.
