Product Exchange Program

As a component of the Household Chemical Disposal Program, Environmental Services offers the Product Exchange Program. Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) is brought to the Environmental Collection Center for proper disposal. Many of the products received at the facility are in good to excellent condition, these items go into the Product Exchange Program. Rather than pay for their safe disposal, we offer them to Frisco residents on a first come, first serve basis. However, residents are required to sign a waiver before taking the product home. Frisco residents can take a limited number (5) of products per visit for personal use - no commercial accounts. The Product Exchange Program promotes reuse of products, saves residents money, and keeps harmful pollutants out of our environment.
