Dismissal Requests

You may be eligible to have certain proof-of-compliance offenses dismissed.

Courts are allowed by law to dismiss certain violations if corrective action is taken within a specified time.

All requests will be reviewed by a court clerk. If your case is eligible for dismissal, it will be referred to the judge for decision. You will receive further instructions on completing your dismissal request and tendering payment if necessary.

Submission of a request does not guarantee that your case will be dismissed.

Insurance Violation (includes failure to display financial responsibility)
Other Dismissals (includes defective equipment, no driver's license or handicap placard)
