Motor Vehicle Crash Reports

Motor vehicle crash reports, completed by Frisco Police Department officers, are available from the following sources:

TxDOT offers crash reports for purchase online for $6 (or $8 for certified copies).
LexisNexis offers crash reports online for $9. LexisNexis does not offer a certified option for a crash report.

Additionally, crash reports can be obtained in person or by mail from the FPD Records Division. Complete a request for crash report form and, along with payment of $6.00 (or $8.00 for certified reports), return it to:

Checks should be made payable to the City of Frisco. Crash reports are usually available 3-5 business days after the crash.
