Rufus and the Green Team: Contamination Wars
In this issue, Rufus and the Green Team stop their arch nemesis, Contamination! But they aren't able to do this without you and all of the residents in Frisco. Rufus and his friends will help you sort out your trash from your recycling and teach you how to recycle right in Frisco! Through fun games you'll keep the contamination from the recycling and save the day!

Superheroes For the Environment: Cafeteria Recycling Edition!
Join Rufus and the Green Team to learn about recycling in the cafeteria. Rufus teaches us how to be Superheroes for the Environment by sorting common trash and recycle items in the cafeteria! Superheroes can power-up by choosing to refuse single-use cafeteria options for reuse items. Frisco's youth makes a positive impact on our environment. Do you have a copy of the Frisco Environmental Services coloring book What I Do to Help? In this fun activity book, kids like you teach Frisco residents how they help keep our city clean and green.
This activity book reminds us that we can recycle plastic bags in Frisco, but they can't go in your blue cart! Bring bags to our Environmental Collection Center (6616 Walnut Street), or bring them to school. Every Frisco school accepts batteries, plastic bags, ink cartridges, cell phones and shoes for recycling or reuse.
