As of Fall 2015, the City of Frisco offers e-billing for customers with City of Frisco utility accounts through the Utility Billing Department. E-Billing means you will receive your monthly utility statement by email, rather than receive a paper bill in the mail.

Please note that by submitting the form and electing to begin e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper utility statement from the City of Frisco.
