New Service

There are 2 options to establish new water, sewer, sanitation, and recycling service.

Option 1

Please come by City Hall. You will need to bring the following:

A valid picture identification (driver's license). Out of state driver's licenses are accepted.

Each account is billed a $150 deposit and a $25 non-refundable administrative fee. Accounts requiring same business day connection will be charged an additional $25 fee.

Option 2

You may complete the online Residential / Commercial application. You will be asked to upload an image of your driver's license with your application.

Cart Delivery

For all options, your trash and recycling carts will be delivered in 5 business days.

Transferring Service

In order to transfer service from one residence to another in Frisco, a $20 transfer fee along with a $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be collected. Please complete the online Transfer Application.
