It is encouraged to schedule a Pre-submittal Meeting. Submit conceptual drawings online and receive general feedback from multiple departments on proposed projects.

Some things to note about applying electronically:

Applications may be submitted online at any time but will only be accepted for filing on Submittal Dates. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Pre-submittal meeting documentation will be uploaded through this system.
ProjectDox emails the applicant for status updates and tasks.
