Irrigation Permits

All irrigation permits require electronic review. This includes the installation of new irrigation systems, alterations or additions to existing systems and repairs.

Network Node Permits - NOW LIVE

All Network Node permits require electronic review.  As specified in Chapter 284, network node providers must receive an approved Network Node Permit prior to obtaining a ROW permit to install a network node within the public right-of-way (ROW).

Right-of-Way (ROW) Permits

Permits for electronic review include ROW permits, which are required for any work taking place in the City of Frisco right-of-way or easements. To apply for a ROW Permit, please visit the Electronic Permit Review portal.

Getting Started

1. Create an account.
2. Complete an electronic irrigation or ROW permit application.
3. Wait for an email with assigned fees and submit required documents.  
4. Once fees are paid and corrections made, the application begins Department Review.
5. Permits are downloaded upon a successful Department Review.  
6. Schedule inspections and check contractor’s registration status using eTrakit.
