Master Plans and Roadmaps

These master plans guide each of our divisions towards achieving our mission: creating a sense of well-being through play. The following plans provide direction on parkland needs, park improvements, trail construction, recreational facilities, streetscape improvements and future park projects for the next 1-10 years and beyond.

Park Hours: All parks open 30 minutes before sunrise and close 30 minutes after sunset except sports complexes, which close at midnight. The Frisco skate park closes at 10 p.m.
