Nature & Fibers Exhibition
June 5 - August 3

Celebrate spring with Play Frisco Cultural Affairs as we present Nature and Fibers! This exhibition showcases two and three-dimensional artwork inspired by the natural world. Explore various forms of fiber art and nature-themed pieces, including landscape or wildlife-based paintings, printmaking, photography, and sculpture in the Grand Gallery at the Frisco Discovery Center from June 5 to August 3. 

A public reception with the artists will be held on Friday, June 14 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Grand Gallery.

The Artists of Frisco ISD: Faculty and Staff Art Show 2024 
May 1 - June 1

This exhibition features the art from the faculty and staff  of Frisco Independent School District. Art from many disciplines will be on display at the Grand Gallery at the Frisco Discovery Center.

A public reception with the artists will be held on Saturday, May 5 from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the Grand Gallery.

Artscape at the Rail District 
October 21, 2023 - May 5, 2024

Artscape is the City of Frisco’s first pole banner art exhibition. The art of 20 artists, chosen from over 200 submissions, will be on view between 3rd and 5th Streets in the Rail District through May 5, 2024. This unique opportunity functions as an outdoor, walkable gallery experience and is a testament to the incredible art created in Frisco and the surrounding area. 

Artscape was organized in collaboration with the Downtown Advisory Board. The artwork selection committee consisted of members of the Downtown Advisory Board, Public Art Board and Parks & Recreation Board.

Art in the Atrium

Art in the Atrium brings connection and inspiration by transforming the atrium of the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center into a 5-story art gallery! Frisco ISD Faculty Art Showcase

The Frisco ISD Faculty Art Showcase features incredible artworks by FISD faculty members in the Grand Gallery at the Frisco Discovery Center. The exhibition demonstrates the high level of skill taught to students in Frisco, and it is a testament to the quality of visual art in our community.
