The City of Frisco's Emergency Rental Assistance Program is now closed. 

The City of Frisco is eligible for direct funding from the Emergency Rental/Mortgage Assistance Program included in Congress's latest COVID-19 relief package. The program is set to end in September 2022. 

On December 6, 2020 the U.S. Treasury Department announced the new $25 billion emergency rental assistance program authorized under the year-end COVID-19 relief and omnibus spending package.  The funds for awarded for City of Frisco residents is $6,058,027.   

  • The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has provided informational resources for Renters facing eviction and Homeowners  facing foreclosure due to COVID-19.
