Note: construction and remodeling debris is never accepted at the transfer station, only at the 121 landfill (with authorization letter). For the most up-to-date information, please check the website for NTMWD.

Visiting the solid waste disposal facilities requires a valid Texas ID and current copy of your Frisco water bill with matching address. Call Utility Billing at 972-292-5575 for a current copy of your water bill.

Hauling Requirements

All loads must be covered before transporting to the transfer station in accordance with state law. No uncovered loads will be accepted.

Landfill Authorization

To avoid drop off charges at the 121 Regional Disposal Facility, email Environmental Services with your name, address, a description of the vehicle you’ll be taking, and the date you’ll be visiting the landfill. For Frisco residential account holders only, letter will be provided waiving the costs. No commercial accounts.
