Birthday Celebration Visits

Celebrate your child’s birthday by having a fire truck visit your location. Children will have the opportunity to see the fire truck and receive fire service goodies from the visiting crew.

Scheduling Information:

  • There is no minimum age for a birthday celebratory visit.
  • To be eligible to book a visit the location must be within our fire response districts (within Frisco city limits or within our limited response districts for Hackberry and Denton County. Use map link on request form to confirm.)
  • We offer birthday visits on Saturdays only, between 1 - 4 p.m. (except holiday weekends.)
  • Our visits are limited to 30 minutes and crews will  remain outdoors.
  • We will provide plastic fire hats/stickers for all children attending the visit.
  • Our celebratory visits are FREE of charge.
  • Our visiting crews are 'in service' so an emergency response call may alter their time of arrival or departure.

We do ask that you make your request at least 10 days in advance to allow ample time to notify the crew on duty.

Station Tours

Our house is your house! The Frisco Fire Department and its stations are open for free tours. Meet the firefighters and check out the fire engines, ambulances and see the living area where the firefighters stay when not responding to calls.

  • Visitors will be guided by a Frisco Firefighter.
  • The tour includes seeing the some living areas of the station and a fire apparatus.
  • Children may be given a plastic fire helmet and badge sticker.
  • Station tours involving groups of children (scouts, playgroups, etc.) should have an adequate number of adults who accompany the group. Chaperones help maintain the safe behavior needed since the tour is at a working fire station. Station tours are NOT drop-off events.

Complete the online request form to schedule your visit at the fire station of your choice.  We do ask that you request your visit at least 5 days in advance to allow time to notify the crew on duty the day of your visit.
