28. IMPORTANT!!

    If you are scheduling a children's group such as scouts, a playgroup, a school group, etc. please note that a station tour is NOT a drop off event.  You MUST have adequate number of adults to supervise the group the entire time you are at the station.  A minimum ration of 1:3 is recommended, but you could include more adults if needed.  If your total group size exceeds the limit of 18, please schedule two separate times. Each tour lasts about 30 minutes.  If your group is celebrating a child's birthday, you may NOT bring in birthday treats, gifts, etc.;  The fire station is NOT a party location.  Please consider requesting a Birthday Celebration Visit if you live within in the city limits of Frisco.

30. What's Next?
    Your form will be submitted to our Community Education Division for further processing. Please allow at least three (3) business days for a response. We will send an email confirmation regarding your request. Should you need to contact us, you may do so at Education@FriscoFire.com.
32. Closure Dates
    We do not schedule station tours on holidays. This time is reserved for the crews to allow their families a chance to visit. Please note, the Fire Department Community Education Division is closed on weekends and all City holidays. Requests submitted after noon on Fridays or the day before a holiday will be processed within three (3) days of the first regular business day after submission date.
