Apparatus & Fire Crew Visit Request Form

  2. Please Note:
    All requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days in advance of the date you are requesting. Allow at least three (3) business days for processing. Incomplete forms may result in a delay in processing.
  3. Types of Events We can Visit

    We offer apparatus visits to HOA or Apartment Community Events, Pre-School Groups, Church Events and FISD events. We do NOT schedule apparatus visits to individual birthday parties or business events. However, we do offer Birthday Celebration Visits which can be requested using that specific form. All visits are scheduled for addresses that fall within the City limits or any extra territory included in our fire districts.

  4. This Apparatus Visit is for:
    If you are requesting an Apparatus Visit please select an appropriate option.
  5. We will not schedule on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday; Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
  6. The crew will be there for a maximum of 30 minutes. Please pick the time you want them to arrive. 
    If the time you select conflicts with the crews established schedule for that day we will notify you of an alternate time option.

  7. Please review what you type here to insure you type the correct email address.  Incorrect emails will delay processing.

  8. All crews visiting will be in-service units. Should they get a call and need to leave they will do so. If needed, please provide a reserved space for them to have easy entrance and exit points.
  9. What's Next?
    Your Form will be submitted to our Community Education Division for further processing. Please allow at least three (3) business days for a response. We will send an email confirmation regarding your request. Should you need to contact us, you may do so at Education@FriscoFire.com.
  10. Closure Dates
    Please note, the Fire Department Community Education Division is closed on weekends and all City holidays. Requests submitted after noon on Fridays or the day before a holiday will be processed within three (3) days of the first regular business day after submission date.
  11. July 4th Requests

    Each year, up until mid-June, all requests for visits on the 4th of July are handled in batch no more than one time per week.  Your confirmation may take more than three (3) business days due to batch handling.
