Frisco Police Investigate Unattended Death

(April 29, 2024) FRISCO, TX – The Frisco Police Department is currently investigating an unattended death believed to be related to a missing person out of Plano.

On April 29, 2024, Frisco PD received information that a vehicle belonging to a person reported missing out of Plano may have been located at an apartment complex in the 9300 block of Wade Boulevard in Frisco.  The responding officer, as well as a Plano PD detective at the scene, confirmed that the vehicle belonged to the missing person and observed a deceased subject inside.  Frisco PD detectives and the CSI Unit were summoned to the scene, and the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to take custody of the body.

The deceased subject has been tentatively identified as Kylie Doyle by the medical examiner’s office, and they have notified next of kin.  The cause of death is still pending, but based upon an initial investigation, there were no obvious signs of foul play.

On April 20, Mrs. Doyle was reported missing to the Plano Police Department by her husband, who advised that the previous day she had driven her black Hyundai Elantra to Lebanon Trail High School in Frisco and left around 11:40 a.m. However, Mrs. Doyle did not return to work that day, nor did she return home or contact her family. (Plano PD 24-85935)

As this is an active investigation, no additional information will be released at this time.  Anyone with information that might be related to this incident is asked to contact the Frisco Police Department at (972) 292-6010.
