About Harold Bacchus

Harold Bacchus was Frisco’s longest-serving mayor, holding office for six two-year terms starting in 1966, before term limits were established. He played a significant role during a water shortage crisis in the 1970s, emphasizing the importance of water ownership for the city’s future.
