Deputy Chief of Police Mike Hagan

Mike Hagan is the Deputy Chief of Police of the Services Bureau and has been a police officer since 2000. He has held supervisory positions in Patrol, Background Investigations, Professional Standards Unit, Traffic Division, Criminal Investigations, School Resource, Narcotics (SIU) Division and the Special Operations Unit.

Deputy Chief Hagan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and started with Frisco Police Department in 2000. He holds a Master Peace Officer License and is a certified ALICE Instructor. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy #265 and the DEA Drug Unit Commanders Academy #78.
