2. Increasing Services for Recycling and Trash

   By completing this form I agree to the associated prices (listed next to the service I request). These additional charges will be added to your next Frisco water bill. I understand for some services, I will incur monthly charges. For deliveries of new or additional carts, those will take place within 5 business days of the request. If your cart is damaged, please contact environmental services at 972-292-5900 to schedule a cart  repair. For an extra pickup, those will be completed within one business day of the request. Same-day pickups can be done if the request is submitted prior to 10:30 a.m. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within one business day.

4. Recycling Service to be Increased

   1. Request an extra recycle bin (one-time $16.30 delivery charge)
   2. Request an extra recycling bin pickup (one-time $35.80 charge)
   3. Request a new replacement recycle bin ($73.80 cost of the new bin)
5. Trash Service to be Increased

   1. Request an extra trash bin (one-time $16.30 delivery charge & 18.00 monthly fee)
   2. Request an extra trash bin pickup (one-time $35.80 charge)
   3. Request a new replacement trash bin ($73.80 cost of the new bin)
7. Recycling and Trash Service to be Increased

   1. Request an extra pickup of both bins (one-time $71.60 fee)
   2. Request new replacement recycle and trash bins ($147.60 cost of the new bins)
9. Request a Replacement Cart*

   I understand that if I am requesting for a replacement, my old bin must be completely empty and out where carts are regularly serviced to be replaced by 7 a.m. on the scheduled day to avoid fees associated with having multiple carts.
