2. Pre-Screening Application for Citizen's Fire Academy

   This application will provide us the needed information to determine your eligibility to participate in Citizen's Fire Academy.  This application is step 1.  Once it is reviewed you will be contacted about next steps.  Step 2 is to create a volunteer profile account (if you do not already have one.) Step 3 is to complete a background check.  Step 4 is to turn in signed waivers and be fitted for gear.

    Step 1.  This application will be reviewed within 5 business days.  You will receive an email to confirm your eligibility.  
    Step 2.   You will create or update your volunteer profile in Better Impact.  
    Step 3  Pass a background check. 
    Step 4. Liability and confidentiality forms plus gear fitting.
