  • Defendant Instructions and Information

    1. Read Carefully and Completely

You may use this form to request a payment plan to satisfy the judgment and sentence issued against you. You can request for a payment plan  AFTER 30 DAYS from the date you were found guilty by the Court if you are unable to pay the amount in full within 30 days.

Your request will be reviewed by a court staff.

After approval, you will get a payment plan schedule by email or mail. The monthly payments will be at least $100 and can be paid in person, by mail, or by phone. Each payment will be due and payable as scheduled until the full amount is paid to the court. If you are unable to make a payment, you should contact the Court right away.

If you do not follow your payment schedule, a mandatory hearing will be set and may cause the issuance of a capias pro fine warrant. You may then be assessed a $50 warrant fee and also subject to arrest. If you appear and make a good faith effort to resolve your case, a warrant will not be issued and the judge may consider alternative ways for payment.
