Yes, per the city’s ordinance, all residential accounts are charged a $150 deposit in addition to the $25 administrative service fee for each account.

Also, per the city’s ordinance, all commercial accounts are charged a $1,100 deposit in addition to the $25 administrative service fee for each account.
