For many items, the prices have changed since last year. Therefore, we advise anyone who might be requesting any of the services below to review our fee schedule to avoid any confusion or delay related to charges for services rendered.
Fee Schedule - General Information
The 3 criteria listed below are applicable to all services listed on this page. Any deviations to these general criteria will be indicated for each section.
(1) Appointment Days & Times Most of our services require an appointment that is made at least one day in advance. Appointments can be made Mondays - Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. -and- 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please call 972-292-5800 to schedule your appointment.
(2) No Show Fee/Late Appointments: Arriving 15 minutes (or more) after your scheduled appointment and/or not showing up for your appointment will be considered a "No Show" and subject to a $50 fee. In addition, you must reschedule your appointment.
(3) Payment of Fees Fees can be paid in Cash, Check, Money Order, and Visa Debit. The following credit cards are also accepted and include a 2% processing fee: Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Note: We do NOT accept VISA credit cards.

Meter Fees
City of Frisco will only install meters 2 inches and smaller. Installations typically occur the next business day. Please note that city installations may begin as early as 6:00 a.m.
For commercial meters larger than 2 inches, an appointment must be made at least 24hrs in advance. The meter must be picked up & installed by the builder.
